DONT CHECK EMAILS/ SUPERVISE WORK COMMUNICATIONS WHEN YOU OFF WORK; I know this is pretty hard to do especially with rise of technology; the endless pings of mails n instant messages  but we have got to cut the cord sometimes and focus on the other aspects of our lives in order to feel whole. Deciding not to check that mail after work hours won't stop your organisation's progress. If its such an urgent thing, u would get call...

USE MOBILITY 4 PRODUCTIVITY N FLEXIBILITY ...DON'T STAY CONNECTED ALWAYS: Technology  has made work quite easy n effective ... u can work from anywhere in the world;while travellin or in less formal environment where u need some silence to think or just anywhere but don't stay connected always, disconnect when you should be focusing on something else.


3. TREAT WEEKENDS LIKE HOLIDAYS: Most people go TGIF but still work on weekends like it's Monday. Weekends r days for recovering, resting and catchin up on other stuff in your life outside work..don't give ur office ur weekends be selfish n give them to u.
