RECESSION HITS M&S STORES
The Chief Executive Office of M&S fashion stores; Steve Rowe reveals that the company plans to open 200 Simply Food stores due to the fall in fashion sales.
The company will be closing 10 of its 'low-sales' outlets in the international market including France and China.
M&S
reports that in the next five years, M&S will have about 60 fewer
clothing stores. However, Rowe said with the food stores opening,
M&S will have it stores in more towns.
